"Conservatives", especially Christian ones, are always bitching about speech codes at private universities which claim stifles their freedom of religion and expression.  Well, when it comes to their own private universities, they don't have such qualms.  Speech codes are fine for them, but not for anyone else because others don't hide behind the Bible like these hypocrites do.

Calvin College has stood behind its policy that prevents faculty members from "endorsing homosexuality."  Now, those of us who know how these bigots think know what "endorsing homosexuality" is - the recognition of LGBT people as anything other than deviants and pedophiles who carry disease. 

You can't have it both ways.  Either private universities are allowed to infringe on expression and/or religion, or they cannot.  Why can private religion universities prevent professors from expressing their views but private secular universities cannot?  The Bible, and your twisted interpretation of it can not serve as the reason for the difference.  This is nothing more the hypocrisy.  I wonder if the Alliance Defense Fund and Liberty Council will come to the defense of professors in this case.  I wouldn't hold my breath.
