American politics and society is being polluted by self proclaimed "conservatives" and their slavish adherents.  They claim to be the true representative of conservatism and those who are not absolutely devoted to their entire agenda are to be expelled.  Dissent is not to be tolerated.  To make matters worse, they have forced this ideological rigidity into the Republican Party to the point that the Republican Party is nothing more than a tool for this cabal.

There people, however, are not the sole and absolute authorities of conservatism.  They are charlatans, snake-oil salesman who are exploiting the fears and concerns of others for their own economic gain and that of their corporate masters.

They do not care about truth, dissent and debate.  In fact, they thrive on ignorance and victimhood.  They act as if they and their adherents are being oppressed by nefarious forces including the liberal media, the Federal Government, universities and "activist" courts.  Victimhood is what binds these people.  Victimhood is what allows these charlatans to indoctrinate their followers.  The charlatans lie and deceive as to why these people are "victims".  Since they are all being oppressed by nefarious forces, they need to seek the "truth" and that is what these charlatans provide - the "truth", and it cannot be challenged, but to be accepted without thought.

We all know who these charlatans are:  conservative commentators, talk radio and Fox News, to name a few.  They create "victims", claim to be the "truth" and then indoctrinate the "truth" into these individuals.  These charlatans have their own agenda - they don't care about the "truth" and they certainly do not want dissent and debate.

This is what this website is dedicated to - calling out these charlatans.  This site provides the debate these people don't want.  Further, this site is dedicated to documenting what these charlatans are dissemination and what type of people they are creating.  Since I am in D.C., I cannot document everything.  I ask readers to go out and see these people in action, take pictures, talk to them (don't be afraid) and report to me what you find and I will post it.  I do work so it may take a little time to post items, but I want as much documented as possible.  You can either email me directly at stupidrightwingers@hotmail.com or click here.

In all fairness, I want to let you know a little about me and from where I am coming.  If you feel the need to categorize me, I might be considered one of those North Eastern liberal Republican types.  You know, the ones who don't exist anymore.  I am a strong believer in civil liberties and freedom.  Unlike these charlatans, I believe that freedom is more than just less taxation and business run amok - it is respect for privacy, freedom of speech, freedom from religious encroachment into politics and respect for the rights of others.  Politics is more than just a means to obtain and maintain power where the means deployed are irrelevant and not subject to common decency, honesty, and integrity.  I am just tired of the hatred, dishonesty, disrespect and demagoguery that the charlatans promote for their own financial gain.

I also thought about making a page espousing these false "conservative" ideas because so many suckers would fall for it and I can make a pretty penny at their expense.  Or, in other words, become a charlatan myself.  Instead, I chose to be honest in what I believe.  Integrity and intellectual honesty is more important to me than suckering gullible people out of their money.
